‘Tis the season for eating, drinking (and singing!!?) Whether you’re planning an intimate night with family and friends or a blowout company bash, The Green Building can take care of every aspect of your holiday party, so you can relax with your guests. With its original brick walls and soaring, exposed beam ceilings, their unique, open space holds up to 250 people and is just 15 minutes from lower Manhattan via the F to Carroll Street, or R to Union Street.

Once they arrive at The Green Building, your guests can:

• Dig into one of six food packages from Mexicue, Food Freaks, and Wafels and Dinges

• Toast friends and co-workers during three hours of holiday-themed open bar service by The Green Building Bar

• Entertain you (or embarrass themselves) with the 20,000-song Karaoke set-up

• Dance to your own, expertly curated iPod playlist or an excellent DJ from Scratch Events

• Strike poses in a custom photo booth, with the option to brand photos with your company’s logo

The Green Building’s holiday party packages—which also include tables, chairs, clean-up and event staff—start at $85 per person.
