Colonel Williams

This refreshing rum cocktail takes its name from the engineer who surveyed Williamsburg in the 1800s. Concocted especially for BB readers by Stephanie Schneider of Huckleberry Bar, it will be served there Wed., Feb. 27, from 6:30-8:30, to kick off Brooklyn Based’s roving Cocktail Club. 1 Egg White (or 1 oz. of pasteurized egg whites)
1 oz. Punt e Mes
1.5 oz. 10 Cane Rum
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
Little over half an ounce of fresh-squeezed blood orange juice

Build all the ingredients into a shaker with ice; give it 30 vigorous shakes; pour into a chilled glass, or over ice.
